Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 18, 2026

1. No Returns Once Sold

Because we sell brand-name, sealed dietary supplements and cannot resell returned products, all sales are final once the order is completed and shipped. Returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

2. Exceptions – Shortages, Incorrect Items, or Damaged Products

If an item arrives:

  • missing,

  • incorrect,

  • or visibly damaged in transit,

please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. Eligible claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. How to Submit a Claim

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or it was confirmed damaged by our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped as a separate order.
